Delivery time and shipping costs

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 15:00 PM, we try to ship the same day. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. There is an indication of the delivery time on the product page. If, for whatever reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices quoted are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

€4.00 for orders that fit through the letterbox
€4,78 for package orders

For the other countries, the shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery takes place via the PostNL postman or parcel deliverer or a third party. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Warranty

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it can happen that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that allows you to claim the warranty. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years after delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover or should discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable time. A reasonable term is in any case two months. Under certain circumstances, a term of more than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in time, we will arrange a free repair or replacement.

It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing complaints@apexnutrition. Nl
